Late and Hot News Session

(Abstract Submission can be done here.)

Haven’t you experienced this yourself in the past? You made the conclusive measurement in a series of experiments, you achieved the result that so many researches have been waiting for, it took one day longer – and now you just missed the deadline for submitting this to a good conference like MNE? Well, there is a cure to that, the Late and Hot News Session.

We will organize one special oral and one specially marked poster session exclusively for very recent research results using the following format:

Oral:
7 minutes followed by 3 minutes Q&A

Poster:
same like normal

You can submit your abstract at any point in time until two weeks before the start of the conference. You will get an answer on whether it is accepted or not within 3 weeks or at the latest one week before the conference. The best contributions will be offered an oral in the special session. You will be notified of this at the latest one week before the conference.

Abstracts for the Late and Hot News Session are limited to 200 words (not counting title, authors, affiliation and legend of the figure) and 1 figure, else use the same template as for normal papers. In order to submit a Late and Hot News paper you have to follow the same procedure as for normal contributions.

The limit of maximal 2 papers per presenting author includes also Late and Hot News Papers.

Presenters of a Late and Hot News paper may submit a full paper to the special issue of MEE.
